10- Put sunscreen

Medically and aesthetically, it is highly recommended to apply sunscreen on sunny summer days for all skin types, in order to give full care and protection from sunlight that causes tanning of the skin and lead to the emergence of dark signs difficult to disappear.

 

11- Remove makeup before bed
